On FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 2nd at 4:30 pm in ESB 1001, the newly forming Mechanical Engineering Graduate Student Associations will be hosting an information session, officer nomination, and elections for the 2024-2025 academic year.
The meeting will be conducted as follows:
1) Welcome & General Information
2) Nominations
3) Candidate speeches & Elections by officer position

If you are interested in an officer position, stick around and run for office. We will have self-nominations and anonymous voting after candidates have delivered their speeches.
